I found out that Adobe Share also embeds on wordpress.com via the Vod:Pod system. This link should bee added to the list in my comment above: https://share.adobe.com/

Adobe Shares offers no features. You get an unreadable but flip-able miniature embed that when pressed takes you to the Adobe Share homepage. Only then you can read the document.

> How do I get multiple images into one and the > same pdf uploaded from my pc? I have them
> ready in JPEG format but that can be changed
> of cause.

Try the free PrimoPDF http://www.primopdf.com software. When you load it up, go into the Options and choose the Append to Existing option. That allows you to combine together each file you convert.

There's a basic online tool for combining PDF files together. See the PDF Hammer http://www.pdfhammer.com site for more.

The sites docstoc and issue also work as embeds in a WordPress.com blog but only if you use Firefox.

IE won't work. The Wod:Pod button will only take the embed link as a copy/paste but even though it is possible to get a preview of the embed - the "Publish" button stays inactive. But Firefox can publish the embeds for you via VodPod.

The site pdfmenot works like a charm in IE.

Links:

http://pdfmenot.com/
http://www.docstoc.com/
http://issuu.com/sections

The embeds from "issuu" is the winner. They come as flip magazines with a full screen feature. Full screen do not work for Scribd, pdfmenot and docstoc.

But issuu delivers!

Dear Richard

How do I get multiple images into one and the same pdf uploaded from my pc? I have them ready in JPEG format but that can be changed of cause.

The new iPaper feature on Scribd allows users to view embedded documents in full screen mode just like an ePaper. I would like to make some photo albums and others things. The online converters I can find only allows you to upload one picture or file per pdf.

Humble greetings

The latest news is that iFrames and iPapers can be embedded and displayed on a WordPress.com blog via Scribd, who got themselves a new system. Terrific news!

FireFox did the trick. Thank you for your kind help. What puzzled me was that scribd turned out to be a homepage. Never heard about before. I thought that scribd was a name that vodpod used. So it is not just any free file host that one can use. Only scribd.
