You get an unreadable but flip-able miniature embed that when pressed takes you to the Adobe Share homepage. Only then you can read the document. Try the free PrimoPDF http://www.primopdf.com software. When you load it up, go into the Options and choose the Append to Existing option. That allows you to combine together each file you convert.
